For Xacalli Kitchen’s 2025 fall menu in Silverado, CA, they wanted a little extra intensity. We leaned into contrast, richer tones, and more directional light so the food felt bold and cinematic. The idea was to make each dish look like a hero, not just documentation. You should be able to glance at the photo and immediately get a craving.

By the end of the shoot, the goal was a full seasonal library that makes it easy for the team to market the menu for weeks without scrambling for content.
