The company is a specialty produce farm operated by two brothers, Joel and Jamie. They hold an exclusive 5-course meal in partnership with the microbrewery Amorphic every month. Joel is an executive chef who built a career as a chef in Chicago and a private chef traveling across the world and country. Working in unique places such as Antarctica and the Las Vegas Grand Prix.
