Xacalli Kitchen

Chef Vincent Espinoza is the Executive Chef of the restaurant. His pursuit of excellence ultimately earned him and his team a 2020 Michelin Guide New Discoveries accolade for CHAAK and a 2019 Michelin Bib Gourmand for Gabbi's.

In partnership with Mimi, they created Xacalli Kitchen, making craft cocktails and farm-to-table modern Mexican cuisine in Silverado Canyon, Orange County. I contacted them to take photos of their menu and staff for marketing purposes.
